As a software engineer, I often heard my realtor friends express their frustrations about the repetitive and time-consuming tasks of writing listings, social media posts, and client emails. Realizing how often they faced this same challenge, I decided to create a solution to alleviate their struggles. Introducing AgentCopy, a one-stop tool that empowers realtors to instantly generate property descriptions, social media captions, and client outreach emails from basic property details. Users simply enter the information once and receive platform-ready copy that can be utilized immediately. Our early users have already begun testing AgentCopy for real listings, particularly for social media captions, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Many have emphasized how much time it saves them, with “this saves me time” being a frequent refrain. One of the most remarkable moments in this journey has been realizing how quickly an idea can transform into a functional product without the lengthy setup or extensive infrastructure work typically required. Floot has allowed me to concentrate solely on enhancing the workflow and user experience, rather than getting bogged down in boilerplate engineering. While I have the skills to develop what Floot can do, it enables me to accomplish tasks at ten times the speed.
