About the project
Servanta began as a personal project inspired by the struggles of a family member who owned a service-based business. Like many small business owners, they faced daily challenges such as juggling schedules, managing employees, tracking jobs, creating invoices, and keeping customers informed—while still trying to operate effectively. The existing tools were often too complex, too costly, or designed for larger corporations, which made them impractical for hands-on service businesses. Motivated to make a difference, I set out to build Servanta to address these specific needs. What began as a custom solution for one individual quickly unveiled a broader demand among contractors, field service companies, and small teams facing similar obstacles. Business owners required a system that reflected their workflows—simple, reliable, and tailored to their day-to-day operations rather than corporate procedures. This realization transformed Servanta from a one-off project into a comprehensive mission. Today, the platform aims to empower service business owners by simplifying operations and employee management without unnecessary complications. From scheduling and job management to invoicing, payments, and team coordination, every feature is designed to save time, minimize stress, and provide clearer insights into business performance. At its essence, Servanta is about enabling business owners to prioritize what truly matters: serving their customers, supporting their teams, and nurturing a thriving enterprise. Currently in a development phase with a few customers, we are excited to roll out Servanta to more business owners soon!
