About the project

Our inspiration to build CertMatch stemmed from our desire to simplify the process for companies seeking eligibility for Most Loved Workplace® certifications and awards. Previously, potential candidates were required to engage with a representative just to find out if they qualified. We envisioned a solution that would provide instant value through a personalized eligibility report, transforming what was once a cold outreach challenge into a welcoming inbound opportunity. CertMatch utilizes AI to analyze a company's public information—such as their website, job postings, and news articles—and quickly generates a comprehensive eligibility report. This report details which employer-of-choice certifications the company qualifies for and includes strategic insights, activation assets, competitive intelligence, and ROI projections. Following the report's delivery, an automated email nurture sequence engages leads, encouraging them to book a consultation, while smart functionality halts outreach when necessary, such as when someone books, unsubscribes, or if emails bounce. Since our launch, we have successfully generated 100 leads, seeing a 30% open rate on the reports and 10 consultations booked. Our automated nurture sequence has proven particularly effective, re-engaging leads who didn't make an immediate booking. One of the most remarkable moments while building on Floot has been the speed of development. We transitioned from concept to a fully functional lead-generation tool, complete with AI-powered analysis, automated email sequences, Calendly webhook integration, and a comprehensive admin dashboard, in a fraction of the time it would usually require. The ability to swiftly add features, like an unsubscribe system, and see it operational within ten minutes—complete with signed tokens, database updates, and integrated email footers—was truly astounding.
