About the project
Over the past couple of years I've spent in sales—from SDR to AE to full-cycle—I noticed one obvious and painful pattern: most lost revenue isn't necessarily 'lost.' It's ghosted. In other words, forgotten. Deals fade away quietly without anyone noticing. CRMs tend to track activity, but not inactivity. Reps get overwhelmed. Managers lose visibility. Deals slip through the cracks. In 2025, I decided to fix this. So I built GhostBust: a lightweight, gamified deal revival platform that helps sales teams spot ghosted deals instantly, revive 'dead' leads with one click, get daily Slack nudges to stay accountable, track revival metrics and pipeline health, and compete on leaderboards that reward follow-up discipline. GhostBust isn't a CRM replacement. We use read-only API to spot your decaying deals in real time. It's a pipeline health layer and fundamentally the missing piece between CRMs and real sales performance. I've tried several other platforms such as base44, lovable, replit, bolt, etc. They all lack the infrastructure and debugging capabilities of Floot, and so I am very proud and happy to say, Floot was the only platform that can actually deliver on my vision and make a fully-realized MVP to launch.
