FairParcel

I wanted to build a tool that helps citizens understand whether their property’s market value for tax purposes is valid. Fair Parcel uses Tennessee statutory law to identify appropriate comparable sales near and similar to a subject property. It considers sales made before January 1 of the tax year, with greater weight given to those from the preceding 12 months. Fair Parcel is brand new, and I’m working to expand it statewide across Tennessee. Being able to turn an idea into a working product without technical coding skills has been a blessing.
