Clean Compute
About the project
Clean Compute grew from my curiosity about what lies beyond the screen: the resources and systems that make modern computing and AI possible. I believe better decisions start with understanding the full picture and the evidence behind it. It is a public research workbench for exploring how computing and AI connect to data centers, energy, cooling, water, infrastructure, and the environment. Clean Compute brings research, calculations, comparisons, and evidence together so people can investigate questions, examine assumptions, and understand uncertainty. I’m sharing it to invite feedback and discussion from researchers, engineers, and anyone interested in the future of computing, energy, and infrastructure. The biggest wow moment has been seeing an idea become an interactive project that people can explore. Floot helped me bring a complex vision together in one place and keep refining it as my ideas grew.
