AG ClaimsWorks Field Supplement Tool

In my experience running a roofing company, I found myself tangled in the complexities of insurance claims. Writing supplements and contesting denials often consumed hours of valuable time and resulted in substantial costs when details were overlooked. This struggle inspired the creation of AG ClaimsWorks—a tool designed to streamline this arduous process. With AG ClaimsWorks, what previously took hours can now be accomplished in mere minutes, enhancing both accuracy and financial returns. AG ClaimsWorks is specifically tailored for roofing contractors. It enables users to quickly identify missing items in insurance estimates, generate justifications for supplements, and effectively respond to common adjuster denials. Featuring a comprehensive scope checklist, code-backed rebuttals, Xactimate lookup, and automation tools, it empowers contractors to expedite claims and ensure they are compensated fairly. Currently in the early stages of rollout and testing with actual contractors, the initial feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, particularly regarding the time saved during the supplement writing process. We have begun onboarding early users who are actively testing AG ClaimsWorks with real claims, and the results are promising—a marked decrease in the time required to write supplements and manage denials. One of my most rewarding moments while building within the Floot platform was witnessing a supplement workflow transform from a lengthy hours-long task to just a few minutes inside the app. The ability to instantly retrieve rebuttals and code references, rather than poring over documents manually, marked a significant breakthrough for our process.
