I built this platform out of necessity. Managing coin inventory and personal collections had become a messy, inconsistent, and time-consuming process. As both a seller and collector, I required a system that could effectively track my inventory, calculate essential business metrics like revenue and assets, and also provide collectors with a professional way to organize their collections, akin to PCGS. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a solution that integrated both the business side and collector experience in one place, so I decided to create it myself. This platform serves as a comprehensive tool for coin dealers and collectors, enabling them to manage, track, and grow their collections seamlessly. On the business side, it offers robust inventory management, real-time asset tracking, and insights into revenue and profit. For collectors, it provides a PCGS-style registry where they can log coins, track their value, store certifications, and build their collections digitally. It effectively bridges the gap between operating a coin business and enjoying the hobbies of collecting. Though we're still in the early stages of development, the initial feedback from collectors and sellers has been overwhelmingly positive. Many are particularly excited about the idea of having inventory tracking and a personal collection registry all in one place—a feature that most other platforms don't currently provide. Early adopters have expressed strong interest in utilizing it to organize their collections and gain better insights into their portfolio value. One of the most striking moments during this journey has been witnessing how swiftly an idea can evolve into a functional product. The ability to build an entire inventory system, user collections, and financial tracking without resorting to traditional development methods has allowed me to bring this complex concept to life much more quickly than I had anticipated.
