About the project

I'm building Solluble because I'm solving a problem I've personally experienced. I was born and raised in Côte d'Ivoire to parents from Burkina Faso, where I also lived for ten years. Today, I live in France—but my dream has always been to own a home in both Burkina Faso and Côte d'Ivoire, a place where I can reconnect with my roots and welcome my family. Like many in the African diaspora, I couldn't afford to purchase a property outright. When I began exploring fractional homeownership options, I discovered that none existed. Yet I knew the need was real—I've met countless others who share the same dream of owning a home back home, but who simply can't do it alone. Solluble was born from that shared challenge—a way to make homeownership in Africa accessible, meaningful, and truly possible. Solluble empowers the African diaspora to co-own homes in their country of origin through fractional ownership. Investors can enjoy personal use of their property as a vacation home when visiting. Homes can also be sold locally through a 'Move Now, Pay Later' plan—delivering both attractive returns for investors and affordable housing opportunities for communities.
