Union Worker OS

Information and possibility—that's what drove my creation of Union Worker OS. There are so many possibilities, and everything becomes achievable when you have the right tools. What started as my idea became a comprehensive mobile PWA that provides everything a union needs. Members can track work hours, submit time-off requests through forms that automatically email the right person, and maintain personal aide-mémoires that can be shared with colleagues. The platform includes a full messaging system with notifications—similar to major platforms like Mattermost—complete with channels, private channels, and more. But that's just the beginning. Communications written directly in the app can send push, web, or email notifications based on each member's preference. Google Drive API integration puts important documents right on members' dashboards. Four types of forms with preset options let members share submissions to keep others informed. And all the necessary tools for managing members, health, and safety are built in. The members who use the app are consistently surprised by what I've been able to build. When you have the right idea, you can create something far bigger than what others typically offer. The biggest revelation? Realizing that everything is possible. That's what I always tell our members. I built an app for the people, with the people.
