How can I see how many credits have been consumed?
You can refresh the Billing page after sending a message to see how many credits were used.
Where can I see how many credits I have left?
Check the Billing dashboard: https://floot.com/dashboard/billing
Do credits roll over?
Yes, your unused monthly credits will roll over to the next month so you have more time to use them.
Notes:
You have one month to use your rolled over credits. For example, if your billing period was Oct 25 -> Nov 25, your unused credits will roll over and you can use them until Dec 25.
Rollover credits are consumed first, then monthly quota, then bonus credits.
A paid plan is required to use rolled over credits.
Once your plan renews, you can see your rollover credits on your billing page.
What happens if I run out of credits and upgrade my plan?
You'll only pay the difference and get the extra credits instantly (e.g., upgrading from $25→$50 adds 25,000 credits).
