Getting support
For anything account- or project-specific, live chat is the fastest route. Live chat needs you signed in — open floot.com/support, or use the headphones icon in the top bar of your project on floot.com. Signed out, email hello@floot.com. Have your project URL ready either way.
If you are stuck connecting an AI assistant to Floot rather than building something, the setup walkthrough at floot.com/integrations/mcp is usually faster than support — pick your client and it gives you that client's exact steps.
